It’s not a secret that Christopher Adam is on the move ! Always looking for new ideas, the Head observes, tests and never stops to creat such innovative concepts as greedy. Who doesn’t know his legendary creations and his taste for the classics revisited in new and shifted versions ? At 43, original Breton follower of this “refined sugar snacking”, realized his dream of opening a cozy and cool cafe, where to drink a real quality juice and enjoy its many delicacies.

The Chief has set his sights on Paris to implant its first Parisian cafe, but you know, once launched, he never stops ! He has quickly develop its new concept of Café de L’Eclair de Génie internationally.


Located in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, a few steps from Montmartre, Le Café de L’Eclair de Génie invested Rue Lepic, famous for its small shops mouths, a real treat for the local resident.


A “coffee shop New York” mixed with Parisian’s sauce, cozy and cool. A new spot for the regulars of Abbesses, the ideal place for a break, with a coffee that smells good ! An ideal stopover for bubbling, work (it connects to free WiFi !) And especially get a taste of a freshly baked pastries, all homemade .

A rather smart casual place , minimalist design and industrial design , combining light wood, polished concrete and steel beams . The coffee background, furnished kitchen as a place to receive in a friendly.


Behind the counter, our Genius Baristas with his look “Parisian Titi” set the tone. Double, full-bodied, tight or latte, choose your juice as you wish between two grains carefully selected by the Chef from Terres de Café. The Parisian roaster has even provided a small training barista with crazy team to sublimate the coffee in the cup .

Yeti / Origin Ethiopia

A coffee with sweet spices and wild herbs. Acidulous, sweet and slightly spicy, a true terroir of coffee to the taste of honey and chocolate.

El Rodeo / Origin Costa Rica

Espresso with notes of cocoa and fresh almonds, very greedy, wild and fruity.

Try the delicious latte, or one of our cappuccinos which only our Baristas have the secret !

Cappucino of the Genius : A generous and tasty espresso, covered with a beautiful milk foam dome sprinkled with cocoa nibs . A lasting memory of Christopher during a trip to Japan.

The Hot Shake greedy : A delicious blend of milk and cream. And the chocolate in the history ? Served in a metal tube, we choose the desired amount of chocolate mixture, we intensely shake and that’s it !
