Formely called "Chez Manière", this traditional local brasserie was once the bohemian meeting place, as the vast Belle Epoque mosaics that decorate the room remind us. Today, it is one of the places to go on the northern side of the La Butte, where local people gather from morning coffee to pre-dinner drinks sitting at the long counter, on the shaded terrasse or in the warmly tinted panelled dining room.
